We have put together a 3 step system for you to quickly and easily plan out your dream kitchen worktops. Once you have all the information, click on our free quote button to let us estimate your project.
The more accurate your information, the more accurate your estimate will be. However, keep in mind that the dimensions you supply are for estimated costing purposes only, so don't worry if there are any inaccuracies; We will address and correct them during the onsite template.
Step 1
Draw a rough sketch of your kitchen worktop layout.
Use this to record your measurements.
We've created a pre-template PDF & video to help you through this process.
Measure counter lengths along the outside edge of your worktops (where the work top meets the wall). Please record your measurements in millimetres. You can ignore range style cookers as these are stand alone appliances so we do not need to allow for a worktop in these areas.
Step 3
You can now take a picture & upload your plan, or explain your plan in our quote process below. Please let us know of any more details such as:
Your choice of sink (undermounted or inset)
Number of holes for taps required
If you require draining grooves adjacent to your sink
Hob or freestanding range / AGA backsplashes
Upstand around the perimeter

Upstands / Downturns
Not all granite is available in 20mm thickness and some granite is not suitable to be used as downturn profile.
All hob and sink cut-outs are reinforced with fibreglass rods or steel rods. This is standard practice and reduces the likelihood of breakages.
Upstands & Splashbacks
Splash backs and upstands are much more than the sensible solution to keeping kitchen and bathroom walls free from splashes and marks. They are part of the detail which provides the natural and complete finish to the room. As with our profiles and corner shapes, you can specify any of a range of designs which best match your taste.
Cut Outs & Profiles
Cut-outs are normally an indispensable part of fitting our surfaces into a kitchen or bathroom, whether it is to accommodate taps or other services. Whatever the details of the area we are fitting for, you can be sure we can manufacture exactly what is needed.
Edge profiles give true individuality to any surface. You can choose from a range of styles and thicknesses as featured below, from a standard chamfer to something more detailed.

Corner Shapes & Drainer Grooves
Corner shapes are an excellent opportunity to create a stylish feature within a design piece. Choose from angular or rounded finishes to suit the aesthetics of the surroundings.
Where as Drainer Grooves are recessing drainers and another option to consider, and one we can easily provide for. You can have any area of your work top partially cut out to a choice of depths to have the benefit of a slightly lower working area, see below for the various choices.
