Not sure which material to choose? Take advantage of our free sample service! You can order up to three samples at no cost. If you’d like more, just give us a call, and we’ll arrange it for you. We only ask that you cover the postage, which will be fully refunded when you place your order for new surfaces.

To measure for your kitchen surfaces, please contact our scheduling office to discuss available dates and times for one of our surveyors to visit your home.
The template appointment usually lasts about 1.5 hours. If you're installing a new kitchen, please ensure all your units and appliances (sinks, taps, hobs, pop-up sockets, etc.) are ready for the visit.

If you can’t make it, please appoint someone responsible to approve the design on your behalf.
After the surveyor sends the digital template back to our office, we’ll check the dimensions against your original quote. If there are any changes, we’ll reach out to discuss and provide a revised quote if necessary.
Manufacturing Your New Surfaces
Once we have your templates and any adjustments are made, we’ll start the manufacturing process, which typically takes 2 to 4 days. This includes cutting, shaping, and polishing your chosen material.
After manufacturing is complete, your surfaces will undergo a quality check before they’re ready for installation.
The entire process from the template date to installation usually takes between 5 and 7 working days. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for the installation.
On the Day of Installation
The installation typically takes 2 to 4 hours, depending on the complexity and size of the job. Once again, we ask for you to be present during the installation to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your new surfaces, as our installation team will need your signature before they leave.
