What to Expect During Installation

Scheduling the Appointment:
We’ll notify you of our arrival time the day before installation via phone call, providing an estimated arrival time slot, most installations take around 3 hours to complete.

Installation Team:
Typically, two fitters will carry out the installation. If the area is prepped and clear, the process will run smoothly and the installation usually takes around 3 hours.

Parking and Safe Access:
Please make sure there is an adequate parking space for a large van and safe access for unloading and positioning of your worktops. If there are any access issues please inform our team prior to the day of installation.

Client Sign Off:
We will require either the home owner someone authorised by the home owner to be present during the installation to provide access and to sign off on the work once completed.

We recommend you see a sample before purchasing a stone kitchen worksurface, as the colours and shades shown on your device may differ from the actual stone due to variations in screen display and lighting, it also ensures you are happy with the material in your own lighting and space.

*Please note that selecting more than 3 samples total will be subject to a small charge which will be refundable upon order.
